Birthday Week: Copper and Paisley

I have a week of favourite fall items lined up to wear.

This skirt is definitely a fave. Shiny!

  • Jacket - Le Chateau, thrifted; last seen here in July for a "Literary Stylings"
  • Skirt - Club Monaco, consignment; last worn here in December 2014 with mustard (and a cat)
  • Shoes - Ralph Lauren, thrifted; last seen here in September with velvet and silks

This was a super comfy outfit all day - the jacket was just right for the warm days we've been having.
I swooshed about happily in the skirt.

The stuff:
This was my first time wearing these shoes with nylons - they are a little large that way, but not too bad. No shoe incidents to report.

Copper bling:
Must wear all the copper!

  • Pin - thrifted
  • Cuff/earrings - Renoir, vintage 60s, Grandma J's
  • Rings - vintage fair

I hope your Monday was sunny!

  3. The blazer and skirt are such a nice pairing together! :) Makes me think again of this beautiful mustard blazer in my size in the op shop (thrift store) for just $5...should have bought it!

I hope you have a wonderful birthday week.

  5. I'm an at home mom and live in an area with, maybe, 2 months of cold-ish weather. I have no fashion sense and I look forward to your posts every day! Thanks for inspiring me to wear fun clothes... even if it's just to the store. You look fabulous and I love your eclectic taste!

  6. That skirt! RAHR! I do love a shiny tapestry. Probably the magpie thing lol. This outfit is elegant but fun too, and those shoes have the greatest 40's type silhouette, too...yum.
